- How can I reach Customer Service?
- You may contact our customer service hotline number or email directly to our inquiry email.
- Do you have retail locations?
- Yes. Please refer to our outlets under About Us for the actual locations address.
Shipping
- What is the estimated delivery schedule?
- Our delivery schedule is within 6-10 business days from the date of the order(s), business days are from Monday-Saturday excluding Public Holidays.
*During peak periods, there will be slight changes in the delivery promise. In case of these cases we will notify you in advance.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We do and the international rates charges will be apply based on the weight & country. Refer to this website:

- Shipping Fees?
- We keep our shipping fees to the standard domestic rates by the respective Courier Service Providers which is GDEX and Pos Laju. Refer to shipping info for further breakdown.
- Has my order been shipped out yet?
- Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for your tracking on the status. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address.
Returns
- What is your return policy?
- EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS/ RETURNS POLICY
The exchanges/ refunds/returns can be made within 7 working days from the date of the order(s) received. All exchanges are subjected to our stock availability & we need approximately 2 to 3 weeks to process the request.
Customer will bear the delivery charges for order(s) exchanged based on the weight of the new item(s) and the location.
